My starter is many years old and I’ve never had an issue with in. Im in MN and it suddenly got cold her and my starter is struggling. I’m a very relaxed feeder of my sourdough. I use to measure but then I just knew what if should look and feel like. It’s been going great. I’ve also been putting it in the oven with the light on and that’s helped some. But it’s just not as hardy. When I think it’s g okay and go to make bread it’s so flat! It’s awful and I don’t know what to do!!
