I received your sourdough starter kit a week ago this past Saturday. I started the process on Sunday. placing it in the refrigerator as instructed. I was supposed to feed it this past Sunday, but forgot. It is now Tuesday. The crock is still in the refrigerator with the original starter. Help! What do I do now?
