I'm confused on starter - I made some but put it in a glass jar with a rubber gasket that seals when you pull the clip down and put it in the fridge for the future. I don't bake bread often but like to have the starter in the fridge. However does it need to be continuously fed, even while being stored in the fridge or only reactivated once I'm ready to bake some bread? If I have to keep feeding there is going to be a lot of starter the next time I'm baking bread!
