I've been keeping "Sally Sourdough" in its crock in the fridge, feeding it every 7 to 10 days (and baking bread with it regularly!) for about 2 years. I've been wondering how I can use it to make one loaf in my Zo machine. I typically make 2 boules by hand now. Any directions you can give me?
