I started my own starter about 8 years ago and 'Tiffany Bubbles" is still going strong. She will go to sleep in the fridge for months at a time and when I take her out and feed her, she is awake and lively within hours. Someone gave me some of their starter so now I am feeding both (with a little jar of each sleeping in the fridge) and will have a bake-off sometime soon. Tiffany has bigger bubbles, but both rise to the same height in their jars. Thanks for the tips!
