Hi, I am sorry if this has been brought up but I struggled to find it in the comments. Twice now I have had mold (green and fuzzy) speckle the sides of my crock by on day three of beginning my starter. The crock, which I have used successfully in the past, is the King Arthur starter crock. The flour I started with is the King Arthur wheat flour but I did switch to the unbleached all purpose I already had on hand for feeding that wasn’t King Arthur. I am not sure what could be causing it. I wash everything in between feedings. Do you all have any ideas what might be causing it?
