Hi Margie, if you're following our sourdough starter recipe, this is the day you are meant to begin twice daily feedings (about 12 hours apart). Each feeding will look like this: 1/2 cup (113g) starter + 1/2 cup (113g) water + 1 scant cup (113g) Unbleached All-Purpose flour. You'll want to keep feeding this way until the starter is routinely doubling within 6-8 hours after a feeding and has a pleasant aroma. Those are good signs that your starter is fully mature and ready to use.
