Hi, My starter (a few month old) which I use and feed a few times a week is kept most of the time in the fridge. As there was some light colored hooch developing I wanted to feed it. But now there are white little spots on top of the hooch. They are not fuzzy. Would really appreciate if you could give me a hint what that could be. And of course if I need to start over or keep the starter. Thanks so much, Janet
