Hi Breanna, I suspect that your starter may revive faster if you offer it more frequent feedings, so I would give it a few days of twice daily feedings about 12 hours apart. In order to keep the yeast vigorous when you have the starter stored at room temperature, it's best to feed your starter when it's still ripe (at its peak of rising or just starting it fall). Allowing your starter to fall significantly between feedings tends to result in sluggish yeast behavior over time. It's fine if you want to continue feeding with the 25g starter and 50g water and 50g flour, which may also help you line up those twice daily feedings closer to the peak. In future if you're not able to feed your starter, it's always best to stick it in the refrigerator.
