I had a healthy starter that was doubling after about 4 hours everytime I fed it. I was feeding on a 24 hour schedule. It sits on my kitchen counter. I neglected it for several days (which I’ve done before and it’s always come back) but now there is very little action. Only small bubbles and it’s definitely not rising. I’ve tried restarting it by taking 25g starter and feeding 50g each of flour and water but still nothing. There are not bad odors or colors. I’m not sure how to get it back. Is it time to start over?
