Hi,
I’m new at making Sourdough, today is my first day.
I realised I had forgotten to take the starter (Jake) out of the fridge last night for two hours before feeding to make bread today. Jake rose well and is bubbly and smells good. Have I upset Jake in any way?
Thanks so much for the information you give, just reading others issues I’m learning fast.
