My sourdough starter is healthy. I started it in February. After I feed it, it raises triple size.... but when I make breads with it, it does not seem to rise like I am used to with yeast breads. Is it normal to have what looks like a rather lackluster bread dough rise??? Am I doing something wrong? It passes the windowpane test, too.... I am flummoxed. Help???
