I followed the recipe for the first day, using 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of cool water. This was not nearly enough water and it was completely solid paste. I ended up doing a cup to a cup instead. Is there a typo in the recipe or is it supposed to be that stiff? Did I ruin anything by doubling the water?
