Thank you so much, Barb! I just returned from purchasing two 12 lb bags of King Arthur flour because it’s pizza night with the grandkids and I used it all for my disaster that isn’t a disaster! Husband was irritated because he wanted to used the discard dip or pizza dough. I will get this. Eventually. Thanks again for easing my mind.
