Hi, I started my sourdough starter a week ago Friday, 1/6, I found the recipe on youtube. 75g water, 35g rye, 35g all purpose. Daily feedings removing back to original weight. I saw action but no doubling after 7 days. I keep my house at 67-68F. I thought putting into the oven with the light on would speed up the process and found that it with the light it was 90F inside. The starter rose some but has completely quit now. no action whatsoever. I changed to 1:2:2 ratio using AP flour and have gone to 12hr feeding. Any suggestions?
