Hi!
I'm 4 days into starting my starter (hah) and, before feeding it today, I noticed that liquid had built at the bottom of the mason jar. Most resources I can find mention liquid on top, not at the bottom and those that I could find have a variety of advice to give. Any reason I should be concerned or should change my feeding habits? I'm using KA bread flour and water from the tap. Thanks!! - A (probably) over-concerned new baker.
