Hello there, twice now, when I have left my starter in the fridge for over a week without feeding it, I have seen a slight pinkish tint on the very top. When I stir it in and feed it, it goes away. I have read on numerous posts that pink is a bad sign and that it should be disposed of? I have continued to use my starter without problems and would like some advice. My starter is about 7 months old and I would hate to toss it. Thanks! -WM
