I started my SD starter 4 days ago. 100 grams of flour/100 grams of water. For feedings: 2tbsp of starter/100g water/100g flour. After 24 hours it had doubled in size with lots of bubbles, I feed it then. The next day it had risen and fallen a little and had hooch. Dumped out some hooch and feed it. Today it has hooch again but no rise and little bubbles. Do I feed it again or let in sit another 24 hours? I thought hooch means it needs to be feed but it hasn’t risen or made much progress.
