Hi Barb, thanks for responding so quickly. I have some concerns about what you said. First of all, it was not stored in the refrigerator, but at room temperature. Also, before you responded, I fed it without draining off the hooch. However, on that day I fed it, it rose to about double and returned to it's normal aroma. There are no visible black specks, but I am worried that it could have been bad bacteria. Considering this, would you still say that it is fine?
