Hello Barb,

I just fed my developing starter and I'm on day 4. I started with a 50g 1:1:1 ratio. Is it possible to switch to 113g during the creation process, or should I stick with the 50g till mature? Also there's no streaks, but it has a very strong pickled ginger smell to it today (although it has lessened now that I fed it). Does that sound like a normal smell, or a throw it out and start over smell? Thank you for your help!
