Hi! I’m on day 4 of my starter and it smells a little sour, not terribly stinky but a little bit. Been keeping it around 70 degrees and feeding it accurately with AP flour (whole wheat to start). Have a few bubbles today but it hasn’t grown too much. Is it still just early in the process?
