Hi Elizabeth! Try giving it a feeding with whole wheat flour (which will temporarily stiffen it up), then going right back to white flour in the next feeding. The higher wild yeast content in the whole wheat flour will boost the growth of your starter significantly. If you are able to get the starter slightly warmer, around 75 degrees, that will allow it to thrive much better. Happy fermenting!
