Hello!

I decided to travel with my starter and I dried it into shards. The problem I am having is bringing it back to life!
I already tried putting some warm water to hydrate the shards and left it about an hour soaking, when the shards started to incorporate with the water I added 100 grams of white flour and 90 grams of water, but it was too liquid. I left it in a warm 25 celcius environment for about a day, but it has not risen. Help!!!!
Could it be that I changed flours?
