Hi,
I have been using my sourdough starter for about 10 months with great success. Recently I thought it was a bit acidic and read that I should feed it at a ratio of 1:2:2 which I did once. After that I fed it 1:1:1 and today, two days since last feed, I again fed it 1:1:1 intending to bake this afternoon. However, after 4 hours, the levain has not increased at all. What can I do? Thanks!!
