After months of no success I finally have a good starter going......great smell too. Made my first bread and it was spectacular, great rise, thin crispy crust. Cooled it, cut it......no flavor! Very blah and my heart broke. Temperature was correct, insides soft and springy. Used KAF flour. Help please
