Hi, My brother in law brought me some starter back in November 2020. I put it in the refrigerator and it has been there since. I poured off the dark liquid and stirred it around 12:29pm. I think I am supposed to feed it now but need to go back and read again. I am so nervous and intimated about this! It smelled a little like vinegar and looks like whole wheat but not sure. Is it okay to just feed it with plain white all purpose King Arthur flour? Should I measure what I have and just add equal amounts of flour and water? Once a day? Twice? So looking forward to baking as I have been so depressed stuck in this house due to Covid! Thank you for any suggestions to give me a jump start here
