Hi there,
I recently started my own sourdough starter. I just transferred it to a larger glass jar. Before I transferred it it had a sour smell, but when I changed it to the other jar in developed a more "playdough" like smell. Is this okay? Also I have been keeping it at room temperature which is anywhere from 18 - 21 degrees Celsius. Should I be storing it in the fridge?
