I started with king Arthur wholewheat flour, 3tbsp flour, 2 tbsp water, feeding once daily at same time, same amount whole wheat flour and water, first 3 days there was rise and bubbles, from 4th day there is no rise or much bubbles on side, I stopped feeding when I didn't see any rising between feeds. its 6th day still no activity, smell is like vinegar with some sweet hint, should I start feeding all purpose flour too? What am I doing wrong? Please help
