I have a starter that I have been nurturing for about a year and it has recently started to change in appearance the day after I feed it. It has started forming a floury crust and takes the appearance of worm like shapes. It smells alright but is a little concerning, is there something it is trying to tell me? Any suggestions on how to remedy if needed would be appreciated. Thanks
