My starter is not bubbling or rising? I have diligently followed all instructions. I am new to sourdough baking. My original starter commenced with organic stoneground flour and I made one loaf. It was made in a loaf tin and came out dense and like a brick. When I went to bake another loaf (after much u-tubing) I discarded and fed it with plain wholemeal unbleached flour 1:1:1 but can’t use because it will not bubble or rise? any suggestions welcome regards Cheryl
