My starter is a month old. It doubles or triples in 8 hours kept at 75 degrees. I was mixing a bowl of 200 gram flour. 140 king author bread. 30 grams king aurthor wheat and 30 grams rye. I changed to just 90% KA bread and 10% rye. Is this why my starter stopped rising? Should I go back to previous formula or just wait it out?
