Hello, I’ve had a starter going for 5 days now and only have bubbles on the surface and a good aroma going. Absolutely no rise whatsoever. I started with whole wheat flour and have been feeding with a 1:1:1 ratio with starter, AP flour, and cool water. Am I doing something wrong to not get a rise? I’ve been reading so many articles about starters my brain won’t function. Also, what should the consistency be? Mine is easily pourable. Thank you for any help you can give.
