Hi! I've tried about 3 or 4 starter recipes and this one and the problem I am having with all my starters is that they rise, but they never fall. I get a lot of liquid, bubbles and rising though. I'm wondering what this means and if its still working. I put them in the oven, with the light on for a little bit but never too long.
