Hi, I started my starter Nov 1,2020, I kept it fed and it was doing great. How ever I had knee surgery on 12/1, and my husband had cancer surgery on 12/3, he is doing good. Anyway I forgot about my starter I found it in the pantry yesterday 1/15/2021, it looks brown, I’m just scared to open the lid . Is it still good or should I start over?
