Hi Mike, it sounds like your starter is fine, especially if you're not seeing any pink or orange spots, but I would encourage you to give it a day or two of twice a day feedings at room temperature to be sure it's nice and healthy again. In future, be sure to refrigerate your starter during periods when you're not able to feed it regularly.
