Hi Barb,
Great blog! My question is that my proof, after the overnight rising, has blue/green mold on it. Do I still add more flour and then bake? The starter seems fine and smells good. When it happened before, I threw it out and the next time, the proof worked. Should I throw this proof out and wait to use my starter for next week? I am new to sourdough baking and I am enjoying it. Thanks!!
