Hello! I have had my sourdough starter for around 2.5 weeks and it still has not doubled in size. I am feeding it according to the KA recipe of 113 g starter, 113 g water, and 113 g unbleached flour. It does not rise at all during the 12 hours between feedings. It is colder in house but the sourdough was 75 degrees yesterday. What should I do to make it double in size?
