Hi Barb,

I've got a similar situation as Catherine-- I started on the 31st of August and it overflowed on day 2 then all I've been getting now are a few medium-sized bubbles with no rise. My feeding schedule has been twice a day since day 4, using 75g starter + 100g flour + 100g water. I started feeding with AP flour, then switched to bread flour on day 6 as I ran out. Temperature is around 27-29C. Should I try Debra Wink's approach as well? I'm just unsure whether the current ratios of my starter are ok.
