Hi, I created my starter with whole grain flour 6 days ago on day 2 it had doubled in size and looked as if it was going to flow out of the jar though didn't and I had it quite warm. I have been feeding it every 24 hours with white bread flour since then but all it does is throw out a few bubbles on the top and goes quite thin by the following day. It hasn't risen since. It smells yeasty, hasn't produced hooch but has no mould or streaks. Any suggestions?
