Martha August 25, 2020 at 11:02pm I started my first starter today with 113 gm rye flour and 133 gm water. It’s very thick like paste or peanut butter. Is that normal? If I cut it in half tmw and add another 113 gm each flour and water, won’t it be even thicker? Reply
