Hi! Loving this thread. I'm just starting my very first starter. I'm using wheat spelt flour. I started with a little under a half cup flour and a tiny tiny bit under a fourth cup of water and I planned to continue on in this way, but the first time I fed it, I messed up and added a little under a cup of flour and a tiny bit under a half cup of water. Do you think this will be a problem? Is there anything I should do?
