Hi, need help. I made starter plenty of times, it's the first time I have problem. I used to start with whole wheat or white flour, always ready on day 5. For this last one, I use a blend of black rice and bread flour on day 1. It's 10 days already, the starter has bubbles but never double in size. Also, by the end of 12 hours the surface always turns matte. Should I discard it?
