Barb - I’m completely lost! I followed the starter from scratch directions (King Arthur Baking Co directions) exactly but the amount my starter “puffed” looked exactly the same since day 4... I’m on day 15. I’ve tried changing the spot it’s resting in and am using AP flour and bottled spring water.
Now that I’m lost, I looked around for some answers and tried feeding it a little differently. I tried that last night. Today, it has a lot of liquid floating on top and still isn’t coming anywhere near doubling.... barely rising at all, I’m fact.
