Hello!
Yesterday morning was day 1 for my starter. I started with 113g water and 113g King Arthur All Purpose Flour in a 4 cup mason jar. Today (day 2), I removed half of the starter and fed it 113g of water and KAF AP flour. By mid afternoon, the temperature was around 74 degrees in my kitchen and 93 outdoors. My starter over poured from the top of the jar! It is very bubbly throughout and on top. Should I continue with cutting back half and feeding or is this ready early? Also curious, should I start using the part I throw out, in other recipes, now?
