Hi Andrea, so glad to hear one of your starters is responding well! There's no need to switch to bread flour feedings if you plan to use bread flour in your baking. I would stick with the unbleached all-purpose flour for feeding your starter, but you can use whatever flour the recipe calls for when it comes time for baking your bread.
