Hi Barb,
Thank you for all your help and suggestions. I do appreciate your time. My pineapple juice starter has taken off and is getting closer and closer to doubling in 12 hours or less! My question is, I'm feeding it with King Arthur AP flour right now...when I'm ready to bake with it and I'm using a recipe that calls for bread flour...should I feed it bread flour for a few days before baking?
