Thanks Barb. Yesterday I did a 2:1:1 feeding and it rose maybe 25% over about 9 hours. Did the same thing today and over 5 hours, nothing has happened. This is SO frustrating, but I'm just gonna keep going with both of my starters until one of them takes off (that will happen, right?!! ugh). Is there any point that you would say give up and start over? Assuming there's no mold and it's not exposed to high temps, that is.
