My starter is 5 days old. I'm feeding it once a day with a 1-3-3 ratios using whole wheat flour. My starter rises at least double then recedes to original level. It has lots of tiny bubbles none of the large bubbles I see in videos I've watch. Should I be doing something different? Thanks for your help.
