Hello Barb,

I have been trying to make starter for 3 times and everytime on the first day i get little bubbles and the second day it doubles in size but on the third day nothing happens and a layer of liquid is on top of the started and it is very watery when i stir it. This happens every time i try it. I also tried to keep feeding it for 10 day but it stayed the same every time the liquid creates on top and no rise at all.

I always keep it in a dark place where it is between the 20 and 25 degrees and use organice whole weat flower.

Do you maybe know what I do wrong?
