Hello Barb,

I've been trying to make sourdough starter for more than 2 months now.
I "systematically" get the exact same problem each time.
I get 1 or 2 good rise right from the start using bio flour. (Either a mix of rye, unbleached or bread flour)
Then, nothing... everything dies. No more bubbles and no rise.
I am currently working on my 15th attempt and i always get the exact same outcome.
Once it dies, i tried everything including doing nothing for up to 2 weeks either feeding daily or not.
I cannot be the only facing this kind of issues...
Any recommendations ?
